Thema Deacon, presenter of Thursday’s, ‘Good Morning Purbeck’ show 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Thelma concentrates on health and well-being with guest interviews.
I worked in the NHS for over 30 years in chronic disease management and health promotion. Purbeck Coast has enabled me to have another platform to get the message across. Evidence shows how beneficial radio can be to one’s mental health, it informs and helps lessen loneliness.
Working in community radio has become very important to me and I have had the privilege to interview some very special people.
